Whether you’re a family of two or ten, this experience creates timeless images that you’ll treasure for years.
Studio Policy
Booking & Deposit
To reserve your session, a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of your shoot.
Your session will be confirmed once the deposit is received.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Life happens, and I completely understand. If you need to reschedule, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance. Your deposit remains non-refundable, but it can be applied toward one new date.
For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session or no-shows, the deposit will be forfeited. In the case of emergencies, please reach out — I’ll do my best to work with you.
Session Timing
Please arrive on time so we can make the most of your session. Late arrivals will shorten your shooting time, and if you’re more than 20 minutes late, the session may be canceled without refund.
Delivery Timeline
You will receive your beautifully edited photos within 2 weeks. If you’d like them sooner, rush editing is available for an additional fee.
Editing & Retouching
Every image delivered is carefully edited in Achillight’s signature cinematic style. Please note that RAW (unedited) files are not provided, as they don’t reflect the finished quality of my work.
Usage & Copyright
All images remain the copyright of Achillight Photography. Clients receive full personal-use rights to enjoy, print, and share their photos. Select images may also be featured in my portfolio or promotional work unless you request otherwise in writing.
